Track Your Order

Once your Kera ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Most US orders arrive within 5–9 business days.

To check your order status:

• Check your inbox for the email titled "Your Kera order is on its way"
• Click the tracking link in that email
• Or email us at hello@kera.com with your order number (starts with KE-) and we'll look it up for you within 24 hours

Haven't received a shipping email yet?

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. If it's been more than 48 hours since you ordered and you haven't received a shipping confirmation, double-check your spam folder, then email us. We'll sort it.
