90-Day Keep-the-Bottles Guarantee

Use Kera daily for 90 days. If your part doesn't look visibly fuller, email us and we refund every cent — and you keep the bottles. No return shipping. No forms. No restocking fees.

How it works

  1. Photograph your part the day it arrives, in the light you'll use every time. That's your before shot. It's for you, not for us.
  2. Brush it in once a day, thirty seconds. Most women notice the scalp itself feeling different in the first couple of weeks. Visible density is a weeks 8–12 story, because hair regrows on the follicle's schedule and not the calendar.
  3. If by day 90 your part doesn't look visibly fuller, email hello@livekera.com with your order number.
  4. We refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You don't ship anything back.

Why we don't ask for returns

Two reasons. Mailing a used bottle back costs more than the bottle is worth. And an opened serum can't be resold anyway, so requiring it would only be a way of making the refund annoying enough that you give up. If Kera didn't work for you, keep it, pass it to a friend, or throw it out. That's your call, not ours.

Who this is for, and who it isn't

Kera works on follicles that are alive but underperforming — early-to-moderate thinning at the part and temples, post-partum shedding, shedding that follows a period of rapid body change. It cannot bring back a follicle that is already gone. If an area of your scalp is fully bare, this is not the right product for you, and we would rather say so now than take your money and refund it in three months.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, or it isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it free and you don't need to send anything back.

Cancelling before it ships

Orders ship in 7–10 days. Email us before yours goes out and we'll cancel it for a full refund.
